KAPTURO Acceptable Use Policy

KAPTURO ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Effective Date: September 7, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all use of KAPTURO, including websites, the web application, the iOS app, customer portals, and Phone & Texting where enabled.

PERMITTED USE

KAPTURO is for lawful business operations. You must:

Use KAPTURO only for legitimate business purposes for your organization
Keep credentials confidential and use only accounts issued to you
Honor seat, billing, and security restrictions
Obtain required customer consents before sending messages

PROHIBITED USE

You may not use KAPTURO to:

Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
Harass, threaten, or abuse any person
Commit fraud or impersonate another person or business
Distribute malware or attempt unauthorized access
Store or transmit unlawful content
Abuse calling or text messaging, including carrier-policy violations
Bypass usage, billing, or security restrictions
Interfere with KAPTURO infrastructure or other customers

COMMUNICATIONS COMPLIANCE

If your organization uses Phone & Texting, you must follow applicable law, KAPTURO SMS consent rules, and applicable carrier and communications-provider policies. KAPTURO may suspend Communications features for compliance, abuse, or nonpayment without deleting required records.

ENFORCEMENT

KAPTURO may suspend or terminate access for AUP violations. Report abuse to support@kapturo.net.
